#3 WRITTING JAVIER
I am Javier Rodríguez and I´m going to speak about healthy habbits. Many people  wake up have breakfast and stay in the sofa and it is a very negative fact for their helth so I believe that people must do physical activity such as instead of catch the elevator go by stairs and go by bike. to your job, go walk sometimes instead of staying all day in your house. I am certain that if we do that three suggestions we can live more healthily. Physical activity is really important for everyone and also for the kids whose minimun time on doin exercise is around 60 minutes per day. To conclude I think that if we do exercise everyday our health will improve.
